1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bkkd website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, making a deposit or using any feature of bkkd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bkkd Platform.

bkkd reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

Access to bkkd and its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bkkd does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bkkd Platform or any other gambling platform for fraud or related misconduct.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using the Platform.
• bkkd employees, directors, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming.

3.Account Registration and Verification

To use the bkkd Platform, you must create a single registered account. bkkd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses pending investigation.

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth and contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and must not share your password with any third party.
• bkkd reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and payment method verification.
• Accounts with incomplete or unverified KYC may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is successfully completed.
• You must promptly notify bkkd support if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bkkd is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bkkd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkkd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the processing policies described in this section.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bkkd may apply enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• bkkd does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bkkd accepts no liability.
• bkkd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made using fraudulently obtained funds, or funds originating from unlawful activity, will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

bkkd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your bkkd account following a qualifying deposit and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified per promotion. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bkkd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it to do so.
• Multiple accounts or use of third-party funds to claim bonuses will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside of the bkkd Platform. bkkd makes no guarantee that any promotional offer will remain available for any specific period and reserves the right to modify offer terms at its sole discretion.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bkkd Platform are subject to the official rules set by the respective game providers. bkkd acts as an intermediary between the player and the game provider and is not the manufacturer of any game content. The following principles apply to all gaming activity on the Platform.

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games on bkkd use certified Random Number Generators audited by the respective game provider's appointed independent testing laboratory.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical results (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) visible on the live stream and are not influenced by bkkd or the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, bkkd will apply the relevant game provider's malfunction resolution policy. bkkd accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use prohibited software tools or engage in bet manipulation to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkkd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one account on the bkkd Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using fraudulently obtained funds, stolen payment credentials or funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool designed to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or bkkd employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.

8.Responsible Gaming

bkkd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. bkkd treats problem gambling as a serious concern and has implemented a range of player protection measures within the Platform.

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from the account settings page. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent) are available from the responsible gaming section of your account settings. Once a self-exclusion is in place, bkkd will not accept deposits or allow access to gaming features for the duration of the exclusion.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

By using the bkkd Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bkkd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

bkkd does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification providers is strictly limited to what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification. 10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkkd, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or technical malfunction, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if bkkd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bkkd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bkkd shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, network outages or circumstances beyond bkkd's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

11.Amendments to These Terms

bkkd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bkkd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent Platform notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bkkd encourages players to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
